Sick Again

I guess when you have 2 kids that it's just a normal part of life to go to the pediatricians once a week...sometimes twice a week! Now poor little Grace has another ear infection. Sure she'd been waking-up at night for the past 3-5 days, sure she'd been fussy, and sure she wasn't really interested in eating anything....but did Mommy take her to the doctors??? No, I waited thinking it was her stuffy nose and the fact that she couldn't breathe causing these symptoms...anyways, she didn't have a fever and the first thing the nurse asks when you say you have a sick baby is: "is she running a fever?" So when I finally took her to the doctor it wasn't "just" an ear infection but instead it's a "really bad ear infection" puss included free of charge! So now the doc says that if she gets another one in the next 2 months then she's going for tubes in her ears...even thought it's her right one that keeps getting infected. Poor thing! P.S. Mommy is very sorry that she waited to take you in!
